All included accessories, manuals and labels must be returned together.

We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
Please package the product securely and return it to the address provided. The relevant shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product.

    Exchange Period: Same as Return Policy, request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Exchange Conditions:

    Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may be delayed due to bank processing time.
